Changes:
- Added ability to write to tenant directly from tenant details (rather than only quick find tenant)
Under the deposit part on tenant details, added extra option of "deposit does not need protecting"
Added ability to copy an existing tenants details to another property with two clicks, so if existing tenant is moving to another property you own / manage, it is now much quicker data entry
Couple of other minor formatting improvements
Agent edition only, added ability to select a landlord as no longer being a customer. These landlords will no longer be visible on quick find landlord unless "show all" is clicked
Agent edition only, added export landlords details for word processor onto quick find landlord screen
There are also many other alterations to the structure of the software that you can't see including added potential of networking and importing from earlier versions and stability improvements.
It is highly recommended that you upgrade to this version
