Once downloaded, open the zip file, then double click the [name of file].pkg
Follow the installation and the program will be installed into your Applications folder.
Go to the applications folder and you will see tenancy manager folder. Open the folder and locate tenancy manager [landlord/agent].app
Double click the file and the program will run.
Once the file has opened, a blue folder symbol appears on your dock. Optionally hold left click over the symbol and select "keep in dock". This will allow you to easily open the program.
