Fixed bug in showing ex-tenants in gas safety report
A few other minor improvements
Procedure:
* Backup the old files (in particular, "backup_v103.fp7") located at c:\program files\tenancy manager [agent/landlord] (windows) or applications/tenancy manager [agent /landlord] (mac)
* Uninstall current version of tenancy manager
* Download and install new version
* Press the import from previous version button on main menu to import data from previous version
