File not modifiable

If you receive an error message saying "file not modifiable", it means the software has not been installed under the administrator login.

You have two options:

2. Once the program is installed under your user login, right click the icon on the desktop and select "run as administrator". This too will make the software work correctly, or

2. Un-install the software by going to control panel -> add/remove programs, then login to windows as the administrator (not your normal user name). Re-install the software under the administrator and it will work

Mac users are unaffected by this issue, only windows users. This is a Microsoft issue and not a problem with our software.
